This delicious smoothie is packed with super foods like kefir, blueberries, chia seeds, oats and more. Smoothie bowl like this is incredibly easy to make and it will infuse your body with probiotics and vitamins for the whole day.

For base use:

  • one banana,
  • 150 ml of homemade milk kefir,
  • one table spoon of honey
  • and few ice cubes. Add to base whatever you most like. We used kale, one lime, one kiwi, few slices of mango.

Add to base whatever you most like. In green smoothie we used:

  • handful of kale (dipped in hot water for one minute),
  • few slices of mango,
  • one lime,
  • one kiwi and
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds.

Blend it well. Decorate as you like. Serve in a bowl. Eat with a spoon.
